About

Our mission is to provide specialized and advanced services in testing, calibration, and analysis of industrial systems—including gas turbines, turbochargers, and related equipment—using modern technologies and international standards to improve the efficiency and quality of our clients’ products.

Our engineering center focuses on power plant process design, operating through four main, interconnected stages: developing technical knowledge as the primary foundation, which involves gathering and documenting project requirements and standards. Next, conceptual design outlines the overall process framework. Following that, the simulator design stage develops dynamic models for system simulation and performance analysis. Finally, detailed design produces all technical specifics, drawings, and high‑precision execution documents, covering the full path from idea to implementation.

Our engineering center also specializes in equipment design and engineering, divided into two main areas: For rotating equipment like turbines, pumps, and compressors, the focus is on dynamic analysis, material selection, mechanical design, and performance optimization to ensure high efficiency and reliability. For fixed equipment such as tanks, heat exchangers, and separation columns, work centers on static calculations, proper material selection, structural design per standards, and ensuring safety under various operating conditions. These comprehensive services enable integrated, engineered solutions from conceptual design to fabrication.

Our center employs advanced reverse engineering for part reconstruction, analysis, and optimization to ensure equipment design and quality. This process enables a deep understanding of existing parts’ functionality, materials, and manufacturing methods. Additionally, a specialized unit defines tests and designs custom test circuits, simulating real operational conditions to precisely evaluate critical parameters. These two pillars complete our engineering process, guaranteeing product quality, innovation, and final reliability.

Our engineering center provides reliable and efficient solutions by employing thermohydraulic analysis of equipment under complex or critical conditions where practical experimental testing is prohibitively expensive or impossible. Using specialized software, these analyses precisely simulate fluid behavior, heat transfer, and equipment performance under the worst-case scenarios (such as extreme pressure and temperature, water hammer, or sudden load changes). This approach enables safety evaluation, identification of potential weak points, and design optimization prior to fabrication, serving as a key step in guaranteeing equipment reliability and assured performance under all operational conditions.
