In the testing and calibration section of our engineering center, specialized and precise services are provided in the field of industrial monitoring and control. These services include a flowmeter calibration laboratory to measure and adjust various types of flowmeters, a control valve calibration laboratory to ensure the proper functioning of various control valves in industrial processes, as well as a portable flowmeter calibration device to perform on-site calibration and reduce equipment downtime. Our focus is on accuracy, traceability of results, and compliance with international standards so that various industries can operate their measurement equipment with confidence.
In addition to our engineering center’s specialized services, the Gas Turbine Test Laboratory utilizes advanced equipment to evaluate the performance, efficiency, and behavior of gas turbines under various operating conditions. The Turbocharger Test Laboratory also uses precise testing and monitoring methods to examine the health, pressure, operating speed, and efficiency of turbochargers to ensure optimal equipment performance in the oil, gas, power plant, and automotive industries. Our goal is to provide reliable results, reduce the risk of failure, and improve the productivity of rotating equipment.
آزمایشگاه PIV در مرکز مهندسی ما با استفاده از فناوری Particle Image Velocimetry امکان اندازهگیری میدان سرعت جریان سیالات را با دقت بسیار بالا فراهم میکند. این آزمایشگاه برای تحلیل رفتار جریان در توربینها، پمپها، کانالها و تجهیزات صنعتی کاربرد دارد و با ارائه تصاویر و دادههای کمی، به مهندسین کمک میکند تا الگوهای جریان، نواحی آشفتگی و عملکرد هیدرودینامیکی سیستمها را بهصورت دقیق ارزیابی کنند. هدف ما ارائه نتایج قابلاعتماد و کمک به بهبود طراحی و عملکرد تجهیزات مبتنی بر دینامیک سیالات است.
